    Seriouslly, your customer services are REALLY bad.
     
    I received this website in my email.
    this company "un-line" never answers emails  and they don't have any other contact detail.

    Hi, Josh 

     

    I just wanted to check how long does it take to get my order number or tracking number. It has been 4 days and no update besides the Paypal transaction details. I  bought a campus board from you last year and it was delivered within 5 days so I'm a little worried. I live in the US by the way.

    I have a order pending card ending 4334 on the 8th June and the transaction is in my bank as pending but I haven't received email of order. Now I'm troubled about the address its going to as was extremely tired when ordered..

    I have been waiting about 40 days for my V3. Whats the problem. I have bought from you before and never hsd to wait this long. I know the virus doesnt help . You cant blame it entirely on that.. You need a new shipper.

    I had little luck using the tracking link above. Try using this link instead, especially if you're in the USA:

    https://www.chinapostaltracking.com/package-tracking/?trackingno=CP336638464CN

    I had a much more detailed report on my order status.
