    On Meepo Classic 2 is it possible to have it shipped with 100MM front wheels and 100MM hub motors? If yes will the price stay the same. How about performance with this changes would they change? Speed and range.

    I`m in Melbourne Australia, paid more than a thousand AUD for NSL in JULY still haven't received it.
    Meepo seams to use the cheapest solutions of transportation, this Company UN-LINE doesn't answer their customer support email present on their website.
     
    YOU SHOULD NEVER announce 7 days of delivery on your website.
     
    MORE THAN 9 WEEKS LATER and waiting and I still need to know My tracking number and the delivery date of product.

    Hello! About to cancel my purchase, I was under the impression I would have my board in a few weeks after purchase but ALMOST A MONTH LATER it is not even shipped. Please give me an update on my order before I cancel it. Terrible service, was so ready to refer my friends to Meepo but now advising them against it due to the long wait for shipment. Please help!!

    I'm very dissapointed and angry with Meepo this far. I ordered the Mini 2 at the beginning of October and it finally came in five weeks later. Don't say it will ship in 1-2 days if it's really going to ship in 30. During this time I had no actual confirmation that the board was actually on its way which was very frustrating. Once I finally got the board, the deck was delaminated and split right down the middle so it is currently very unstable and ugly. I reached out to customer service and they refuse to fix it properly which is incredibly aggravating because I just spent a lot of money on the product and it should have at least come undamaged. I took the board for a ride the other day and I got 3.9 miles out of a charge. Just horrible. I'm a 140lb person who lives in a flat area so I feel as though I should at least be able to get the advertised 11 miles. I'm incredibly frustrated and I need a resolution.

    I'm leaving it up to Meepo to resolve this before I share my terrible experience elsewhere.

    update 11/18/2019:

    I was riding to class at about 20mph and came to a stop sign and THE BRAKES WENT OUT ON THE BOARD. I jumped off and of course got hurt, and the board shot into traffic and could have caused a serious accident, even death. Is this the reputation you want, Meepo? I need this issue fixed immediately.

    Ok. So... I live in Los Angeles, CA. I bought the meepo mini 2 on December 2nd 2019. Got it from Fedex on December the 12th. It took exactly 10 days, not bad. I don't know why I was under the impression that meepo had a warehouse in the US but my mini board was shipped from China and 10 days is not bad. I read horrible stories from people having to wait like a month just to see what's the shipping status of their boards. As of now I'm charging the mini 2 and will be testing the product as soon as it finishes charging. Hope you have a good experience with your purchase.

    To whom it may concern at Meepo,

    I am a very big fan of Meepo's electric boards, however, I recently ordered two new remotes for mine and my brother's V2 and V3 boards because within a couple of months of riding, the remotes to both boards were not turning on even after being charged. The remotes were taken well care of, were not damaged, and were charged well. I did not send in a negative review because I understand there are sometimes technical issues with these products, however, I ordered these remotes on 4/24/20 and today is 5/25/20, it has been over a month since I ordered the remotes and the status of the remotes has remained "In Transit" for at least 3 weeks if not 4 so I am concerned if my shipment is actually on its way or not. If I could receive a response on why it has taken so long or if their was a problem with my order it would greatly be appreciated.
