    Hi Im been trying to get my mini 2 fix,and Maria keep asking the same question over and over and me telling her the same, I have to call my bank to cancelled the payment, to get a refund, still today send the pictures and nothing to fix it, I will talk to my bank if this week somebody do something unless I have a board the doesn't work as promise

    Josh I have been contact for Maria but she doesn't understand she keep asking same questions, I wrote to u to and nothing, looks like no warranty want to stand for customer is just a question after question, Im not a engineer 3 weeks asking for solutions and nothing

    I have had my board for around 2 months and it is totally useless. I have had to repair it countless times and now the battery won't hold a charge. Is there any way to send me out new parts. I have spent a lot on this and I need it to be fixed. please help as soon as possible.

    Today I went on a ride on my Meepo Mini 2, it was not raining when riding suddenly, my Meepo turned off, I instantly checked the remote and the signal light was beeping red, my battery signal was green, everything seemed fine, except when trying to turn on the board, it didn’t turn on, I checked the battery and it was at 47%, when I came home I instantly charge the battery to 95%, but when pressing the power button, it didn’t turn on, when I opened the Battery Case, I noticed that a cable broke that connects directly to the ESC, here is the image https://ibb.co/P6K6YLL . Please, help me with my Board, I ride this board every day and I loved it ☹.

    I am in need of a replacement battery because mine is a factory defect. Contacting the support desk isn't useful because I am asked the same questions over and over again and nothing gets resolved. I would greatly appreciate if I could be helped with this issue.

    I need a new motor for my v3 standard, it gives a very loud clicking sound. this is the exact thing that happened to my other motor right before it blew up and threw me off the board going 25 mph. thank you

    I'm here for the same reason it seems, many others came here before me. I recieved a faulty replacement V3 ESC and customer support has stopped responding to me. Every time I stop accelerating, whichever wheel I have plugged into the faulty connector, immediately brakes pulling the board to almost an immediate halt regardless of speed. Needless to say I haven't been using my board because of the new clear danger it represents. The old ESC is slightly less bugged as it will sporadically change speed but still brakes reliability. Help me fix this thing that I loved, I chose meepo over other companies because of the alleged reliability and warranty.

    Hi there!

    On March 23 of this year, I ordered a standard Meepo V3, which I received at my door on April 7. Since then, I have been using it regularly 3 or 4 days a week, always using the bike paths that are found throughout the city of Toronto as a path. (soft roads).

    As of today, June 19, 2020, the traction wheels (motors) are in a very bad condition since the thin rubber that covers the motor is coming off piece by piece. and if it wasn't enough One of those wheels (motor) stopped working completely 3 days ago. This not only makes me question the quality of the product but also raises doubts about its safety. (Attached photos)

    It is important to mention that a week after I received my standard Meepo V3 I recommended to a friend to buy his, and my friend bought the same model as me. but when he received it, he also received a note saying that some improvements had been made to that model. (just one week after I received mine with no improvements). One of the main improvements was to make wheels and motor bigger and stronger. Clearly acknowledging that the wheels and motors of the unimproved model (my model) were not appropriate.

    For all the reasons mentioned above, I believe I am in a position to claim the guarantee Meepo offers to Meepo costumers.

    I await your response to guide me during the warranty claim process. Thank you.
